Our commitment to privacy

On our registration screen, we clearly label which information is required for registration, and which information is optional and may be given at your discretion.

Information from outside sources

When necessary, for example, to process the service payment, we may contact financial or credit organizations to confirm customer credit card validity.

On our web pages that are not secured and do not require registration, we use only web analytical tracking cookies served by Google Analytics. When accessing our secured web and mobile applications we store unique, non-personally identifiable Station Id in the cookie on your computer or mobile device for increased data security, unique identification of the specific device you use to access our systems.

We use the information we collect from all of our services only to provide, maintain, protect and improve them. We do not sell, rent or lease customer data to third parties. We work with other companies to provide services on our behalf, such as providing customer support, processing transactions, or performing analysis of our services. We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. We will disclose information in compliance with applicable laws and regulations and will require the recipient to protect the information and use it only for the purposes provided.

We are strongly committed to safeguarding your protected health information when using our services and tools whether as a "business associate" under HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act) or not. A "business associate" is a person or organization that performs certain services for a covered entity that involve personal health information. Children's privacy

Our websites are designed and intended for use by adults, and are not intended for, nor designed to be used by children under the age of 18. We do not collect personally identifiable information from any person we know is a child under the age of 13.

How we protect information

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. We store the information you provide us, in data centers with restricted and secured access, which are located in controlled facilities. We deploy network and application level firewalls to prevent individuals from accessing information without authorization. When we transmit confidential information over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Information in our data centers is backed up routinely, in order to aid in the recovery of information in the event of accidental damage of information or due to a natural disaster, backup media is properly secured. Your personal and health information is not stored on local computers in any form. Our tools use security methods to determine the identity of its registered users, so that appropriate rights and restrictions can be enforced for that user.

Complains and control of your personal information

If you have questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, you should first contact our Privacy Officer by e-mail as specified on the Contact page. You can also submit your request using our Support form.

You can correct, update or review the information you have submitted at any time, by going back to the specific tool, logging-in and making the desired changes. Upon your request, we will delete your personally identifiable or protected health information from our systems.

We may change this privacy policy from time to time, so please check back often. We will let you know that the policy has been changed by changing the effective date at the bottom of this page.
